Hamfest Schedule

7:00AM                     Doors open for vendor setup;  setup is possible Friday March 21 from 3pm to 7pm but you

                                  must arrange this in advance

8:00AM                    Doors open to public

9:00AM-11:00AM     ARRLVEC Testing session- all levels of exam offered

9:00AM                    Drawings for door prizes begin

11:15AM                     Workshop/Seminar will begin

approx. 12:00 Noon (after Workshop/Seminar concludes)     Grand Prize drawing

Drawings for Door Prizes

Drawings will start at 9:00AM and will continue every 30 minutes.  Grand Prize drawing will take place at 12 Noon or whenever the Workshop/Seminar ends, whichever happens last.  You MUST be present with the winning ticket to claim the prize.  We WILL NOT handle and delivery of prizes after the event.  It is your responsibility to be present with the winning ticket at the time of the drawing.  Any ticket numbers called and not claimed will be removed from the pool and a new number drawn.  If you win a prize, the winning ticket will be pulled from the drawing pool.  Any decisions regarding drawings by the Hamfest Committee and/or the Chairman will be FINAL.  All proceeds benefit Area Wide Amateur Radio Association.
