Vendor Information Form
Here you will find the Vendor Information Form to fill out a return via email. Please return all vendor information forms by Monday March 17,2025 to Tom Bridgewater at awara.wt4wa@gmail.com. Payment must be made in advance to confirm reservation of table(s). The armory has 3' x 8' tables available, however, you may bring your own if you wish. Any tables not reserved in advance will be available on a first-come, first- served basis.

Suggested Lodging:
Setup is available for vendors on Friday March 21 from 3pm until 7pm. Please arrange setup in advance by emailing the chairman at awara.wt4wa@gmail.com
